The snow's almost gone here but it's still freezing cold today!  Another day for staying inside with some crafting!

Recently it was my cousins 40th birthday and I often turn to my trusty Forever Friends stamps for special occasions, this one seemed perfect:

Sit back and unwind

Hello everyone

I've another special male birthday on the horizon and wanted to do something a little different than my usual football related card.  However, this young chap is probably watching the footie on TV and I've had to acknowledge the team colours with the blue and white combination.  I've paper pieced the chair and pouffe and layered up some of the rest (mug, boots, arm and leg!), although it's hard to tell from the picture. (Apologies for the wonky photo too!)

Posh has a present

Hello everyone

Wishing you all a belated Happy New Year!  I can't believe how long it has been since I last posted a card.  Hopefully, I'll get back to a normal routine now.

Today's card hasn't turned out a bit like I'd initially planned but I am pleased with it nonetheless.  I'm sure we all have those creations which just evolve as they're being made. This is an 8"x 8" which I find accommodates the Stamping Bella stamps better.
